DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated April 12, 2026. This policy applies to execross.com and all associated subdomains, tools, and services operating under the Execross network.

Welcome to Execross. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Copyright Policy applies to the main website located at execross.com and all of its associated subdomains, networks, tools, and services (collectively referred to as the "Website" or "Services"), including but not limited to downloader tools operating under the execross.com domain.

Execross respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the full text of which is available on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond to claims of copyright infringement reported through our Services when those claims are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent in the manner described below.

1. Independent tool and content disclaimer

Execross and its downloader subdomains operate as independent third-party technical utilities. Our platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the third-party platforms whose public content delivery networks our tools interact with, including but not limited to Smule, Instagram, TikTok and Starmaker.

Our role is strictly that of a technical delivery bridge. Specifically:

  • We do not host, store, stream, upload, re-publish, or archive any media files, audio, video, or any other copyrighted content on our own servers.
  • All media processed through our tools is fetched in real-time and delivered directly from the public content delivery networks (CDNs) of the respective third-party platforms to the end user's local device.
  • We do not maintain any copies of the media after the request is completed. All request-related data, including the submitted URL, IP address, and browser information, is automatically deleted within 24 hours.
  • The responsibility for the content rests entirely with the third-party platform where the file is originally hosted and with the user who initiated the request.

If you are a rights holder and believe that content accessible through our tools infringes your copyright, please follow the takedown procedure described in Section 2 below.

2. DMCA takedown procedure

If you are a copyright owner, an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or a person authorized to act under any exclusive right granted by copyright law, you may submit a formal DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, Execross will take appropriate action at its sole discretion, which may include one or more of the following:

  • Blocking the specific URL, API parameter, or keyword from being processed or resolved through our downloader tools.
  • Removing or disabling access to any allegedly infringing material or functionality hosted on or operated through our main domain or subdomains.
  • Suspending or terminating the API access of any user found to be repeatedly submitting content that infringes third-party copyrights.

To be considered valid and actionable, your DMCA Notice must be submitted in writing and must include all of the following information:

  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work or works you claim have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
  • A clear identification of the material or link you claim is infringing, including the exact URL or URLs on Execross or its subdomains where the tool interaction or infringing activity occurs, with enough detail to allow us to locate and assess the material.
  • Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address through which we can contact you regarding the notice.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner described is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Notices that are incomplete, vague, or do not satisfy the requirements above may not be acted upon.

3. Where to send your notice

All DMCA notices must be submitted by email to our Designated Copyright Agent. Please do not submit takedown requests through any other channel, as they may not be reviewed in a timely manner.

Designated Copyright Agent
Execross Network
Email: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice - Execross Network

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for a response and for any technical action to be implemented following receipt of a complete and valid notice.

4. Counter-notification procedure

If you believe that material you submitted or that is associated with your API usage was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice that was submitted in error or that misidentified your content, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including the URL or description of where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Execross may be found.

We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. If no legal action is initiated within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the content or access at our discretion.

5. Repeat infringers

Execross maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the API access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within any rolling 12-month period. We reserve the right to make this determination based on the totality of the circumstances.

6. Misrepresentation and false claims

Please be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized licensee, or by Execross.

We take false or bad-faith DMCA claims seriously. Submitting a fraudulent or deliberately misleading notice may expose the claimant to civil liability.

7. AdSense compliance note

This DMCA policy is maintained in part to satisfy the requirements of Google AdSense and other advertising partners who require that publisher sites have a clearly stated procedure for handling copyright infringement claims. This policy does not limit or replace any rights or obligations under applicable law, including the DMCA itself.

If you are a copyright holder and believe that any advertisement served on our site links to or promotes infringing content, you may also contact Google directly through their copyright complaint process.

8. Modifications to this policy

Execross reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this DMCA and Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Users and rights holders are encouraged to review this page periodically for the most current version of our policy.
