ang.execross.com opens a direct chat with the on-call engineer. Median reply during Asia/Jakarta business hours is around 14 minutes.

For bugs you can reproduce

Email [email protected] with: the request ID (look for x-execross-rid in the response headers), the time it happened, and what you expected versus what you got. We triage these once in the morning and once in the evening.

For billing

[email protected]. Refunds within 14 days, no questions, as long as you have not used more than 25% of your plan's quota.

For downtime

Status page lives at status.execross.com. We post updates every 15 minutes during an incident, even if the update is "still investigating."

What we cannot help with

  • Bypassing platform terms of service (Instagram private accounts, paywalled YouTube, etc.).
  • Recovering access to a third-party account (LINE, Smule, Spotify) — talk to the platform directly.
  • Custom integrations on the Free plan. Move to Builder and we will scope it.
