Terms of Service

Last updated April 12, 2026. Written in plain English first, legal terms second. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will clarify or improve it.

1. Who you are agreeing with

"Execross", "we", "us" refers to Execross and its operators. "You" refers to the individual or organization using our API, bots, hosted tools, or website.

2. What you are allowed to do

  • Use our APIs and bots to build your own product, internal tool, or research project.
  • Build and sell applications that rely on our services, as long as you do not resell raw API access.
  • Cache responses for up to 24 hours to improve performance and reduce cost.

3. What you are not allowed to do

  • Use our services to harass, harm, or abuse others.
  • Access or scrape data you are not authorized to use.
  • Run excessive or abusive parallel requests that impact system stability for other users.
  • Share, publish, or resell API keys or credentials.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to commit click fraud or manipulate ad impressions on this site.

4. Downloader tools

Our downloader endpoints are provided as technical utilities. Using them to download content you do not own or do not have permission to reproduce may violate the source platform's terms of service, copyright law, or both. That responsibility sits with you. We process the request and delete all associated data including your IP address, browser info, and the submitted URL within 24 hours.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Pricing shown on the website is for reference and may be converted based on standard exchange rates at the time of billing. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard, and access remains active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime for core API services. If we fall below this, we may issue service credits based on the downtime relative to your subscription cost. Experimental features and secondary services are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or fail to pay invoices. We will generally give notice before suspension unless immediate action is needed to protect the system or other users.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the issue arose. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided as-is for third-party integrations that may change outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

All content, code, and branding on this site is owned by Execross or its licensors. You may not republish, copy, duplicate, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will notify active users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that window means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial principles based on where the service is operated. Disputes should first be raised directly with us at ang.execross.com.
